Everything was straight and no significant defects which is the most important thing, although some plastic components were a bit cheap looking for me, which I swapped out. You have to level and dress the frets as with any kit build, and have some understanding of guitar set up. The wiring diagram wasn't as straight forward as I'd liked, but I was able to figure it out. The pick ups are surprisingly ok, and sound pretty good dialed in through a decent amp. Pretty fun project in the end, as my first kit build.

Orders placed by 11 AM AEST (Sydney Time) will be shipped the same day, excluding weekends and some public holidays. If you’d like to confirm, just drop us a message below.
Please note that in some remote areas, courier services may operate on a limited schedule, which could delay delivery. If your package hasn’t arrived, don’t hesitate to contact us.
For customers in the Sydney Metro area, same-day delivery is available for orders placed by 10 AM AEST.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your online purchase, we are happy to arrange a free return for an exchange or a full refund. Please choose carefully when making your purchase.
You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the total amount refunded.

You have 150 days from the date of receipt to return your item. If you request a refund, we’ll refund the full purchase price (excluding shipping fees) to the original payment method. You’ll receive an email notification once this is processed. Refunds or exchanges will be completed within 48 hours after we receive the returned item. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist with an insurance claim.
